Ristorante La Piazza in Herdecke

Actually a great restaurant. Good food, reasonable prices. However, no food can be so important that the restaurant's delivery service disregards all speed limits, especially in 20 and 30-meter zones. In addition, the drivers blame everything on their boss. We hope that the owner and the driver show respect for the guests and the Herdeck population and that this behavior will change soon. Otherwise really great dishes!

The pizza is very greasy but tasty. However, the pizzas are relatively small and the price-performance ratio is poor to mediocre. All well and good, but when I wanted to enjoy my tuna pizza today I happened to find a cellar lobster (roasted in the stone oven). An absolute no-go and a reason to never go to this store again.

As so often in the past few years, we had fantastic lunch. There was ultra-fresh tuna ("English" at our request) with noodles and a fresh starter salad. Topped with a lava cake with ice. Absolutely fantastic and recommended for anyone who likes good fish. But the other dishes that I have tried so far are also very, very good and the quality of the ingredients is above average in the region! We would love to come back!

Duetti di Pesce alla griglia andPollo al Vino Bianco. We did everything right. Right restaurant, right choice of food. It was just very tasty and a wonderful first stage destination for our cycling holiday Lev-Ruhrtal-Rhein-Lev.

Nice restaurant with a great terrace in the heart of Herdecke. The menu is extensive and is complemented by a few daily specials. There is more here than in an ordinary pizzeria, dishes from the Italian cuisine such as grilled sea bream or tuna steaks enrich the offer. You sit outside, the service is friendly and attentive. The price level is slightly higher, but not expensive. Conclusion: A nice, tasty change in the jungle of Italian restaurants. Tip: Be sure to reserve a table in advance. it can get tight!

The food was delicious, the staff very accommodating and the place small but liked.

Nice restaurant centrally located with lots of tables outside on the square, you feel a bit like on vacation. The dessert mixta is great with a selection of mini servings of the regular desserts.

Food is ok. Meat is probably brought from the discounter, at least it was brought to the restaurant en masse. The pasta is also clearly not homemade. Prices are far too high for the quality. Can't recommend it.

A good Italian in a small town, in an inconspicuous location. Fish dishes are undoubtedly a strength, especially tuna is worth trying. In addition, you shouldn't miss the dessert.

Food good, atmosphere good too. Staff very good and quick. Prices in the upper, middle segment. All in all a good restaurant and very friendly staff. Therefore 4 stars. We would like to come again.

nice restaurant, you can even sit outside when the weather is good. we were there in summer time, nice weather, very friendly stuff and a good choice of italian food. I can recommend the number 95, gnocci with mozarella and tomato sauce. delicious, and they prepare your meal for your eyes <3 Even the tiramisu and the Pana cotta is not what you expect but also good:)

Wonderful restaurant inconspicuous on the market square. The waiter predicted a slightly longer waiting time and in the end we only waited 20 minutes. The pizzas were very good and big enough.
